OpticWorks RS-1 Presence Sensor
Section titled “OpticWorks RS-1 Presence Sensor”Welcome to the RS-1, OpticWorks’ flagship presence sensing device. The RS-1 combines mmWave radar with computer vision to deliver the most accurate presence detection available for smart homes and commercial spaces.

What is the RS-1?
Section titled “What is the RS-1?”The RS-1 is a sensor fusion device that combines:
- 24GHz mmWave Radar - Detects presence through movement and micro-movements (breathing, heartbeat)
- 3MP Vision Sensor - Provides precise location tracking and occupancy counting
- Edge AI Processing - All processing happens locally for privacy and low latency
